Acteur Patrick Swayze is vandaag gecremeerd. De as van de Hollywoodster zal worden uitgestrooid over zijn eigen landgoed in New Mexico. Swayze overleed maandag op 57-jarige leeftijd aan alvleesklierkanker.
Er zal nog een herdenkingsdienst gehouden worden voor de fans van de filmster in Lake Lure, North Carolina, waar een groot deel van de film Dirty Dancing werd opgenomen. Swayze speelde in deze film de hoofdrol van dansleraar Johnny Castle.

I wanted to tell you that my thoughts are with you,i was in shock that i heared about the lost of patrick,he was and is my idol,20 years ago my bedroom was full of posters with patrick and i will remember him as a great and loved person.
Just like he said in the movie ghost,the love inside you take it with you and thats the way it has to be.
I wish all of you all the best in the future with the love of patrick in your hearts.
